[Returns]
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused.
[Return Shipping Fees]
For returns due to defective items, we will cover the return shipping fee.
For returns due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
For exchanges of non-defective items, the customer is responsible for both the original and return shipping fees.
In cases such as refusal of delivery, cancellation after shipment, or return due to long-term absence, we may charge the customer for round-trip shipping fees and payment processing fees.
Please make sure to receive your package after it has been shipped.
