1.Ordering

Add the item to your cart from the product page and proceed to checkout.

You can complete your order using express checkout, which allows you to skip entering your address and payment details manually, or by entering your customer information, shipping address, and payment method before confirming your order.

Please note:
Order confirmation emails may be filtered into your spam or junk mail folder. Please check your email settings if you do not receive an order confirmation.

2.Payment Methods

We accept credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

All information entered on this website is encrypted using SSL. You can shop with confidence.

3.Delivery

Orders placed by 12:00 p.m. Japan time on business days are usually shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. will be shipped on the next business day.

We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese national holidays. Orders placed during these periods will be shipped on the next business day or later.

If shipping is delayed due to a high volume of orders or other circumstances, we will contact you by email.

4.Shipping Fees

Domestic shipping within Japan: ¥330 tax included.
Free shipping is available for orders of ¥5,000 tax included or more.
Please note that orders shipped to Okinawa will be charged ¥330 tax included regardless of the order total.

International shipping: Flat rate ¥1,500.
Estimated delivery time is 5–21 business days after shipment.

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be charged depending on the destination country or region. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5.Exchanges and Defective Items

We take great care in product quality and shipping. However, if you receive a defective item or an item different from your order, please contact us through the inquiry form within one week of delivery.

After confirming the details, we will arrange a return or exchange.

Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Japan time
Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese national holidays.

If we have year-end holidays, summer holidays, or temporary closures, we will announce them on this page.
