[Domestic Shipping within Japan]

Domestic orders are shipped by Sagawa Express.
[Shipping Schedule]
Orders are usually shipped within 0–1 business days after order confirmation.
Orders placed by 9:30 a.m. Japan time are usually shipped on the same day.
For pre-order items, the estimated shipping date will be stated on the product page.
[Delivery Time Slots]
For domestic shipments within Japan, you may select a preferred delivery time slot from the following options:
Morning
2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Please note that time slot delivery may not be available in some areas.

Shipment may be delayed if payment has not been completed.
Shipment may also be delayed during periods of high order volume. In such cases, we will contact you by email.
Delivery to remote islands, Hokkaido, Kyushu, Okinawa, and certain other areas may take an additional 1–2 days.
[Pre-Order Items and Regular Items]
If you purchase a pre-order item together with regular items, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready.
If you would like separate shipments, please contact us in advance.

Orders of ¥5,000 tax included or more: Free shipping
Orders under ¥5,000 tax included: ¥330 tax included
Please note that orders shipped to Okinawa will be charged ¥330 tax included regardless of the order total.
[International Shipping]
International orders are shipped by International Air Packet with tracking.
[International Shipping Fee]
Flat rate: ¥1,500
[Estimated Delivery Time]
Estimated delivery time is 5–21 business days after shipment.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination country or region, customs clearance, local postal services, weather, holidays, and other circumstances.
[International Shipping Notes]
Delivery time slots are not available for international shipments.
Tracking information will be provided after shipment.
Depending on the destination country or region, import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges may be applied. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If a package is returned due to refusal of delivery, an incorrect address, long-term absence, or failure to complete customs procedures, we may charge the customer for round-trip shipping fees and any related costs.
